COMMUNITY WORKOUT

Give CrossFit a try. YOU WILL LOVE IT! We have FREE COMMUNITY WOD (Workout of the Day) every week. No need to call or reserve a spot. Come with a friend or group of friends! Our members bring their friends all the time. You’ll workout with our community. The workout scales to all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you through the workout to ensure your safety and comfort. Stay afterwards and talk with us, we are happy to answer all your questions. ELEMENTS PRIVATE TRAINING

START RIGHT NOW! Elements is our CrossFit Basics class. It consists of three sessions taught by our expert coaches in a one-on-one environment, or two-on-one if you are joining with a friend. You’ll learn all you need to know to feel comfortable and get started on your fitness goals. CONTACT US to schedule your Elements at a time that is convenient for you. Individual Elements is $200, which includes your first month unlimited classes membership. Couples Elements is $300, which includes your first month couples unlimited classes membership. YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS!

SIX WEEK CHALLENGE

Our SIX WEEK CHALLENGES are created not only for those who are new to CrossFit but for anyone beginning a fitness journey. This program will give you a strong fitness foundation and teach you CrossFit fundamentals from the very basics. Before you begin we’ll meet with you to assess your goals and make sure you understand the program. You will attend classes 3 to 4 times a week for 6 weeks. We offer women only and co-ed challenges.
