Nothing has hooked me the way CrossFit has! I played soccer through college here at the University of Utah from 00-04, shortly after I really focused on endurance and running. I dealt with a really rough spell of disc herniations from a soccer injury and too much running with no other training. CrossFit saved me from a back surgery! I am fully recovered and can move and train how I choose to now with a smile on my face and no pain. I have two amazing kids, with my sons pregnancy I gained about 35lbs and it took me about 7 months to get back to my normal weight and body size and at that time I had just started learning about CrossFit, but was not training with CrossFit. With my daughter I had been training CrossFit the entire time I was pregnant and prior, I gained 23lbs (eating like a 200lb man!) and I was back to my normal weight within 2 weeks of having her!! I recovered so fast from my pregnancy and labor I was amazed. It was all do to CrossFit and following the real Zone/Paleo diet.
I have always had a love for moving and working out no matter what it was. I have done many other of personal training and coaching, and I strongly believe CrossFit is the best program for creating healthy, fit and hardworking individuals. It is not just a workout in a gym, it carries over to all aspects life and the best thing about it is it is for all people!!
Now my husband Tommy and I do what we love. We are able to share our passion with other people, hoping that they get the same satisfaction that we have from CrossFit! We love our clients and our amazing circle of family and friends who have made it possible to do what we love.
