NEWS:  The CrossFit Games Regionals are coming up this weekend in Denver, and we have quite a few athletes who will be competing.  A lot of the athletes happen to also be coaches which means there will be a few minor changes to our schedule.  Most of the changes will be different coaches for the classes, so be sure to show your appreciation for Elliott, AJ, Nick and Bry if they are steppin in for your class.  There will be schedule changes posted around the gym by Monday evening, and the online scheduling will be updated Tuesday morning.  So far the only cancelled classes are the following: Thursday, June 9 there will be no Oly class at 5:30pm and no Mobility class at 6pm.

If there are any other changes we will update you guys as quickly as possible and we hope this is a very smooth couple of weeks with so many of our trainers leaving town.

Congrats to everyone going to regionals, wish I could go watch. And keep in mind that all Ute Crossfitters traveling through the Twin Cities always have a place to do free drop in classes at Timberwolf Crossfit.
