Challenge: one-legged bag grab!

Skill: head cutters and sit up, stand ups

WoD:8′s

(start with 1 rope climb)
8 burpees
8 pull ups
8 box jumps
8 double unders
8 lunges (ea leg)
8 sit up stand ups
8 head cutters
8 toes to bar
(end with 400m run)
