Tom, julie, Marcie, vickey, Jill all came in for back 2 basics!! Great job, sign in on comments for future b2b attendees. Your coaches will provide space for you to add this into normal wods.

    Enjoy the day!!

Humbled by b2b! I came in this morning excited for the Hero WOD. I’ve done that workout before & loved & hated it! When I arrived, Bobbi asked me if I was there for b2b. I told her that I would catch it another time, especially since my neck (cervical disc herniation), was really acting up. But, I really was there for the Hero WOD. So, obviously ironic, Bobbi told me the obvious & I gracefully joined & loved the b2b class. Thanks Bobbi for stating the obvious & reminding me why I love cross fit! I want to be as active as I can for as long as I can, and sometimes you have to get back to the basics. Now, I just have to convince my better half!
