Today we will be doing the “HOTSHOTS 19″ workout in memory and support of the 19 Fire Fighters that passed away this past June.


Nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013 while fighting a fire in Yarnell, AZ. Today we will collect any donations and send them to the CrossFit Kids Foundation where are funds will be donated to the families of those lost.

  • Six rounds for time of:
  • 30 Squats
  • 135 pound Power clean, 19 reps
  • 7 Strict Pull-ups
  • Run 400 meters
