Knees to Elbow
WOD
Back Squat 5×3 @ 75-80% 1RM
Rest 2-3:00 Between sets
Warm Up to find your working load
3×5
Then
50 Deck Squats for time
Post WOD
2×1:00 Plank Hold
Stretch
