Come and get some good attention on your running form.  We will review and teach pose running technique and then end the session with a fun little running based workout.  Don’t miss out!

Snatch ReviewFor those that have the movement down:
3×3 Warm Up Reps, working into your working load for the WOD
WOD
30-20-10
Box Jump 24/20″
Walking Lunge
Lateral Hop
5 Snatches to begin the WOD, in between full sets and to finish.
Example:
5 Snatch
30: BJ/Lunge/Hops
5 Sntach
20: BJ/Lunge/Hops
5 Snatch
10: BJ/Lunge/Hops
5 Sntach
Snatch Load 50 % 1rm
