Sprints in heats:
4x 5:10:15:20 (Ladders)
Rest as your classmates go.
If you are in the mindset to earn your Red Shirt, today will be good training for the agility test you have to complete.  If you have not sprinted in a long time (many of you!) take it easy today, focus on changing speeds with a good pivot, but be careful.
