5×5 OHS @ 70% 1rm.  Rest 2:00 between sets.
Track heaviest set for  your score today. Work within your means.

WOD 2
6x:30/:30 Ski/Bike or Row
Work/rest.  Attempt to hold negative splits. Score is meters or calories, total.  On the rest, rest…no movement on the rest portion.
