Pre WOD
10-1 Ladder Goblets Squat or Front Squat
Once you get to your 5 ladder your load should be heavy!  The final ladder should be close to your 1rm.
Time cap 12:00

WOD
Partner Kelly, with a partner complete this WOD anyway.  Once person can move at a time.  Split your run and reps in any fashion.  Work/rest…that means work fast and strong…earn your rest.

5 Rounds
Run 400 meter (Scale with 500m row or ski)
30 box jump 20/24in
30 Wall ball shots 20/14#

Post WOD
200m Cool Down jog or walk.
Stretch!
