Thursday WOD-Happy Halloween!!

We will be running a normal schedule today.  We have a few announcements so please take note!

Today will be the last day of operation for our smaller East Gym.  We will be moving all of our equipment and scheduled classes from the East gym  to our downtown gym!  Finally we have a permit to operate workouts there.

Beginning November 1:
All 6am Classes will be at the Downtown Gym
All Elements Classes will be moved Downtown and the times will now 6:30 and 7:30pm Elements, M/T/Th.

Within the next few days we will have an updated and open training schedule of the Downtown gym.  So please look back for current status and schedule for the Downtown Gym
