Rope Climb Practice
Complete 2-5 Climbs During your warm up, scale with down and ups if needed.

Partner Day

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Complete the workout in pairs, in any order,  both partners can move at the same time.  Every minute on the minute each partner must pause on reps, and one of the partners is responsible for completing 10 jumping jacks.  Once the 10 jumping jacks are complete the pair can continue to chip away at the reps.  Score is total time for each pair.
Post WOD
200m Farmer Carry with KB or Plates, share the walk with your partner.
