Friday the Holladay Gym will be used for the Fitness Elevated Competition. All gym schedules are as normal, except Holladay. We will run morning classes only at the Holladay Gym Friday. 5:30, 6:30, 8:30 and 9:30am will run, the rest of the days classes are closed due to the event. Please get your training in early or visit the other gym locations for Friday. Good luck FE folks!!
Coach Brennen has been busy coaching away at the Holladay Gym. Brennen came to us from Southern Utah University where he recently wrapped up a college football career and business degree. Brennen is now training and preparing for the 2014 CrossFit games under Tommy’s direction and with the support of the rest of our competitor athletes. He is an amazing coach and athlete and we can’t go with out highlighting that he is an amazing Ken Doll look a like.
Brennen programmed today’s work, this is a movement he loves and has been working hard on improving the last summer and fall.

5×3 Warm Up: Hang Snatch (Go heavier than previous set)

Choose what you feel most comfortable working with today, a hang snatch or power snatch is the option.
If this movement is still new, go very light today and break your 30 reps up to small sets to lock in form.
Foam Roll out! Do this, it repairs your body for your next training stint!! If we see anyone running out of post wod, before foam rolling and stretching the remaining class has to complete 25 burpee and while singing to Rod Stewart in unison.
