Effective Monday, we will be on the new schedule posted and everyone within the gym must participate in a class with the class workout, or attend a specific open gym time for different training. We want our classes that our led by coaches to be our top priority and focus, recently we have had many folks floating in and out of classes doing a different program and not receiving the coaching and direction needed to complete those workouts and that is just not good enough.

CrossFit Basics Only-CrossFit Basics is the foundational beginners classes that are open to all members and required for our new members to complete. The will be ran just as our normal WODS have always been but scaled back to people can properly progress into training.
(All new members just out of the Start Up Clinic must take CrossFit Basics for 1 month)

We are implementing this new schedule that will allow our Downtown Gym to open and grow and to clean up current classes and flow at all gyms. With that, we will also have a new twist to our general programming, so please listen up friends!
4/5 of our members follow our general WOD’s and programming, we have a group within the group that follows the Competitor Program or does lifting on the side to get stronger, we love that and want it to grow but it needs to be managed and coached so the extra stuff going on during a class does not take focus away from the group scheduled classes that we offer.
Going forward if you have a different program you are following you will have to use the posted open gym times that we offer to do so. There will be a few exceptions for this, for our CrossFit Games athletes who do not have flexibility in their schedule to do so.
Effective 1/6 there will be a modification made to our general WOD’s offered.
Within our gym we have very advanced CrossFitter’s who need and want to be pushed and challenged, and who can handle more volume and aggressive movements that will prepare them to compete in local/worldwide CrossFit Competitions.
We also have our general population who uses our program for general fitness and exercise, along with that we have beginner’s who are just starting our program.
Our general program will cater to all corners of individuals within the gym.
Daily we will post a workout and there will be 4 options to choose from to complete the posted WOD as a group. This allows for advanced CrossFitter’s to get be coached properly as well as our people brand new to our program.
The options and variations of each WOD will be separated into four similar WODS ranging from Advanced to Beginner.
Rx Plus (+)
Advanced/CrossFit Athletes who are competing in CrossFit and doing the appropriate recovery to support the training. Individuals doing this training are competing in CrossFit as a sport, which is very different than using CrossFit as a training method!
Advanced Athletes who have a solid foundation and who can do what is on the board! Looking to work hard and be a warrior, but looking for well rounded training not specific to competing in CrossFit.
Rx Modified (RxM)
Intermediate Athletes who have advanced the beginner workouts but need to scale loads and movements for safety, who are working towards the Rx level.
Rx Modified Plus (RxM+)
Beginner athletes who need to create a solid foundation before they progress to avoid injury.
