Tuesday WOD/Interval Love and Pilates

Pre WOD
3×10 OHS with Barbell
Load up appropriately, using the max load you can handle for 10 continuous repetitions.

Then:
Work at 60%1RM
EMOM 12:00
Rx+/Rx
1 Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Hang Snatch

RxM/RxM+
1 Power Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Hang Power Snatch

WOD
5-10-15-20

Burpee Box Jump (24/20″ Rx+/Rx)
KB Swing (32kg/20kg Rx+/Rx)

RxM+ (20″/16″ 16kg/12kg)

RxM+
5-5-5-5
Burpee Box Jump  or Step Up(12″)
KB Swing (12kg)

Holladay Gym Scale wo Bulgarian Bags, Cleans, Swings or Snatches for the KB work.
Ie. Swings RxM+, Cleans RxM/Rx, Snatches Rx+/Rx

Post WOD 
5:00 Row or Run or Bike, then stretch and roll

Interval Day at DT
Interval 6am/6pm Hollady
Pilates 7:30pm at Holladay.  Drop in guests of members are welcome with $20 drop in fee.
