Holladay Gym Scale wo Bulgarian Bags, Cleans, Swings or Snatches for the KB work.
Ie. Swings RxM+, Cleans RxM/Rx, Snatches Rx+/Rx
5:00 Row or Run or Bike, then stretch and roll
Interval Day at DT
Interval 6am/6pm Hollady
Pilates 7:30pm at Holladay. Drop in guests of members are welcome with $20 drop in fee.
