4x:30/:30 DU/Bottom of the Squat Hold

WOD
Work up to 70% of Deadlift Max
Then
5 Rounds
5 DL @ 70%
20 Frog Hops
Rest 1:00 Between Rounds

Rx+/Rx work all of the above.

RxM
Go for attempts on the DU work.
Work at 70% as well

RxM+
Go for attempts on the DU work
Work at 45-50% of Deadlift Max

Post WOD
800m Run/Stretch

Challenge: 4×4 Single Leg Deadlift. Superset with a 5-10-15-20yrd shuttle.
