Friday WOD and President Day Schedule!!

Monday we will be on a shortened schedule, only the following classes will be offered!!

Downtown 4:30 and 5:30pm
Sugar House 8:30/9:30am/5:00/6:00pm
Holladay 8:30/9:30/4:30/5:30

 

Pre WOD
Double Under work Rx+/Rx
5-10-15-20-25 x 4 for time.  If you mess up on any rep you must start over.

RxM and RxM+ Work on DU and Single Jumps for 5:00

Then:
Rx+/Rx
5×20 Push Up, Complete 5 fast reps.  Allow for 2 breaths between sets.

5×10 Assisted Push Ups.  Allow for :5 seconds between sets.

WOD
Isabel
30 Snatches for time.
Rx+/Rx
135#/95#

Complete 10 Box Jumps on the minute 24/20″.

RxM
Scale Load and Box height.

RxM+
Scale Load or do 30 OHS and complete box steps.

Post WOD

5:00 Row Cool down/Stretch

9:30 WOD and Daycare at Holladay

Challenge:4x :30/:30 Air Squat with Active Rest in bottom of Squat. Then 4x:30/:30 Sled Push. Partner up and decide load.  Heavy, but doable!
