*announcements: no 6:30 class at holiday. We are hosting Spartan Race free clinic. Any and all are welcome to attend for free. Also, Monday we will re-test “Jackie” and y’all need to turn in 6 week challenge sheets.

Buy in: Begin with 50 KB swings (holladay 60 yards sled push)
then for the remaining time do max rounds of
5 box jump
5 knees to elbow
10 lunges
