Pioneer Day Schedule: Sorry for such a short notice #utefam, but for the holiday this Thursday July 24th, we will be having an altered schedule. There will ONLY be classes at our Sugarhouse location @ 7,8, 9, and 10 am. We will be keeping with our “Benchmark” theme. Little hint…I love the number 50 :).
Schedule Changes This Week For The Games: Due to the amazing athletes we have, Tommy and Mandi, and the amazingly supportive #utefam, our coaching schedule is going to be a bit different this week.
Our star Games athletes Tommy and Mandi make their premier performance Today for their first CrossFit Games Workout of the competition. Lets send the best vibes to them in LA!!! Great luck friends, “may the odds be forever in your favor!” We love you guys, represent. #utefam

Saturday July 26th Holladay 9am WOD and 10:00am Intro. Saturday July 26th Downtown Oly Class @ 11:00am and 12:30pm. Monday July 28th Open gym Sugarhouse @ 8pm.

Viewing Party: Each year I know there has been some type of Games viewing “get together” and we plan on doing something like that again this year. Look back at the Blog later this week for a detailed plan for this. Lets all get together and cheer on Tommy and Mandi!!!
