Announcements:  Very sad to post this, but our wonderful Pilates class will be canceled until further notice :(. There will be a posted update when/if the Pilates class will be back, until then remember there is NO longer a 7:30 Pilates class with Laura Kelly.
OLY CLASS TONIGHT!!! Dave is back from Cali, so plan on attending your normal 4, 5, or 6 pm Oly class Tuesday :)
For any of you that still might not have heard…..
The CrossFit Games:  Well I know we are sad to see the Games come to a close, but our amazing athletes Tommy and Mandi put on a show!!!  Battling from morning to night for 4 days and shining like rockstars the whole time!!!  Congratulations to Tommy on his 6th place finish this year!!! Congratulations to Mandi for her first and successful appearance at the Games with her 26th place finish, not bad for a rookie!!!  Mandi took three 3rd place finishes in a field of high performing athletes!  Tommy took three 3rd place finishes and two 2nd place finishes amongst the fittest men around!!

Tuesday July 29th- IWT…I’m back!!!!

Pre Work: Warm up movements and set up :)

WOD: 3 Rounds- rest 2 minutes between rounds

*complete 10x Toes 2 bar in rest period

5x Deadlifts @ 75%

1 Minute max row (set damper to 10)

*work for a further distance each time!
Score= max distance row & weight used on DL

REST 5 minutes

3 Rounds- rest 2 minutes between rounds

8x Strict press (heavy as possible to complete a full 8 reps)

:30 second double unders, :30 second burpees

:30 second double unders, :30 second burpees

Score= weight used for press & burpee total

Post Work: Cool down run/row.  Crossover Symmetry. Stretch & roll hammies and lower back.
