The advanced classes move at a much faster pace, with time allowed for individual work in specific areas. There will be a strength component prescribed daily. However, if athletes have specific programs and or needs then they will be allowed to work on these areas on their own during the middle portion of the class. Specific work can be anything from foam rolling or stretching, to skill work or Oly Lifts. The format of all classes will be: short warm-up, skill work, weightlifting, and then a shorter Metcon WOD at the end. Advanced WODs are typically longer than one hour.
