I played soccer for the University of Utah Women’s Soccer Team from ’98-’01. GO UTES! I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Exercise Sports & Science from the University of Utah. I continue to be a part of the soccer community with personal training competitive youth players, helping to improve individual skills and maximizing overall athletic talent.
My love for CrossFit developed thanks to my dear family and friends in Oregon. After my soccer career ended at the U, I was constantly searching for something to fill that void and CrossFit was the answer. It took no time at all for me to become fully vested in CrossFit’s methods and practices, and I am proud to say I now drink the CrossFit kool-aid everyday! Going to the CrossFit games as a competitor this year for the second time is really exciting. Being on a competitive team is something I am passionate about. Competing with the team has help me grow as a coach and an individual.
If you are currently looking for a fitness program that is different, fun, and all around kick ass then CrossFit is the ticket for you. It has not only changed my life on multiple levels it has given me the opportunity to help others achieve the same satisfaction. 3.2.1. GO!
In the Gym
Alli is available for personal training. She coaches our WOD classes full time, and pays great attention to making sure our clients understand the movements, execute them correctly and get the greatest benefit from doing their workouts. One of her favorite classes to coach is our Daycare WOD class or as Alli likes to call it “the mommy and daddy class”. She loves to see those parents taking time out for themselves and improving their fitness in the middle of the day. She is an experienced collegiate and CrossFit games athlete and has a lot of knowledge giving her the ability to coach at many levels.
