Interval Class

A full hour centered around testing your lactate threshold.  This class focuses on rowing, running, skiing, biking and other interval training movements with set work and rest periods.  Ute CrossFit members who are interested in improving endurance and weight loss should attend these classes.  Interval Class is held at Ute CrossFit Holladay.  Follow the link below to see class days and times.
