Kids Summer Bootcamp
Kids Bootcamp is held every Monday & Wednesday 4:00 p.m This Bootcamp is a general physical preparedness protocol geared to improve strength, speed, stamina, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility, balance and power for any sport. Components include weight lifting, body weight movements and metabolic conditioning. This is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely geared and designed for your kid and their specific developmental needs. (Neurological, cognitive, motor).
