I started doing Pilates in 1999, and became a personal trainer in 2000 while I was going through my Pilates Certification. I worked in many gyms around the valley until I bought my own equipment in 2004. In 2007 I opened up my own studio. I have worked with people with severe brain injuries, cerebral palsy, hip and shoulder replacements, scoliosis, MS, IT syndrome, plantar fasciitis,SI joint issues, chronic back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain.
I work with athletes and the beginner exerciser. I have taught mommie and me classes and my oldest client turned 90 this year. I love what I do and hope to help the crossfitters at the Ute Box.
I am a mother of two and during each of my pregnancies I used CrossFit and Pilates to keep myself, heathy, strong and stress free!
