Mobility WOD resolves pain and optimizes athletic performance. Keeping your body flexible, your muscles supple and paying attention to trigger points enables you to work hard, make personal fitness gains and decrease your risk of injury. Active recovery can reduce soreness and stiffness caused by vigorous workouts. In Mobility WOD we’ll warm up and work on some mobility exercises as a group. We’ll finish class with more mobility work specific to your individual needs and a cool down.
