Olympic Lifting

For beginners and experienced athletes alike.  Learning to properly execute the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch can greatly improve athletic performance as both of these lifts are very dynamic.  This class provides technique driven skills and drills for those looking to improve these explosive lifts.  Ute CrossFit offers Beginner Oly Lifting, Oly Lifting open to all levels, and Advanced Olympic Lifting for Games Competitors.
