Open Gym

Open Gym is just that, a time when the gym is open and a coach is present but there is no workout scheduled.  It’s a time for you to work on a specific skill you would like to improve or an Olympic Lift you want to practice.  If you’ve missed a particular workout during the week and you would like to do it, you’re welcome to come into Open Gym and do that workout.  Open Gym is also great for doing benchmark workouts and setting one rep maximums which are often referenced during WODs.  See the schedule for Open Gym days and times at:
