Hi there,
I am a Crossfit member in San Antonio, TX (Lonestar Crossfit). I came across your post searching back pain. Curious to know what exercises you stayed away from while doing crossfit rehab? It's been over two months since I just began Crossfit. My crossfit does not have fundamentals classes so I know I must be doing something wrong in technique. Don't want to stop Crossfit but want to take care not to aggravate my back. Thanks for the article, will try to focus on my form and go slow but until then would still like to know what you stayed away from: squats, kb, burpees, etc.
Thanks, Yolanda
P.S back pain feels like I tweaked a nerve. Have hard time bending. After I stretch for the day its somewhat better.

I'm a CrossFitter in Atlanta with a tricky lower back and am looking for info on how CrossFit can help rather than hurt.

Bobbie: You say you only did movements and WODs that helped heal you back. Which ones did you do?

Thanks!
