We offer Free Introductory Sessions every Wednesday at 7:45pm and Saturday at 8:00am (except on major Holidays). You are welcome to show up for these sessions any time you want, just bring a water bottle and wear workout gear. Expect to hear a brief explanation of our program and how everything works, followed by a Q&A session and the we will end with a quick workout!
