We offer FREE introductory sessions throughout the week at each of our locations. This is a great way to get a small taste of what CrossFit can do for you. You’ll hear a brief explanation of our programs and how everything works, we’ll answer your questions, and then do a quick workout! Select a location.
You’re Ready to Go!
If you’re ready and you want something more than an introductory session, join us for Elements. Elements is a training program covering all the CrossFit basics. You will receive instruction from one of our experienced coaches. Element classes are small to ensure you will learn and become familiar with all of the movements while increasing your fitness level so you can easily acclimate into our group classes. Prefer One On One?
If you would prefer to learn CrossFit fundamentals or try your first class individually with a trainer, Personal Training may be the right solution for you.
