4×200 meter run ( rather than just one straight 800m run, do 4 sets of 200 meters fast back to back for time).
Prewod: 5×5 Bench Press or 5×5 Loaded Push Up
Postwod: 3×20 Band Good Morning + 30 second prone cobra hold FORM
